The design artifact developed in this study is titled Future Career Allocation Authority (FCAA). The artifact presents a speculative institutional system in which individuals’ future careers are not self-selected but allocated through a centralized authority structure. Rather than discussing authority in abstract terms, the design translates parental career expectations identified in the literature into a visible and structured mechanism of allocation.
